La dimisi\u00f3n fue publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial mediante el Decreto 519\/2025 , que cuenta con las firmas del presidente Javier Milei y el ministro de Justicia, Mariano C\u00faneo Libarona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno nacional acept\u00f3 la renuncia de Selva Ang\u00e9lica Spessot al cargo de vocal de la C\u00e1mara Federal de Apelaciones de Corrientes, que se har\u00e1 efectiva desde diciembre de este a\u00f1o. La reconocida camarista, hab\u00eda sido designada en enero del 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dimisi\u00f3n fue publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial mediante el Decreto 519\/2025, que cuenta con las firmas del presidente Javier Milei y el ministro de Justicia, Mariano C\u00faneo Libarona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan consta en el decreto, la doctora Sessot present\u00f3 su renuncia que se har\u00e1 efectiva a partir del 1\u00b0 de diciembre de 2025, al cargo de Vocal de la C\u00e1mara de Apelaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dra. Spessot es abogada egresada de Universidad Nacional del Nordeste, Especialista en Magistratura y en en Derecho Procesal y se desempe\u00f1a como docente en Derecho Financiero y Tributario en la Facultad de Derecho de la UNNE, y adem\u00e1s particip\u00f3 en proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n en la mencionada Universidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diarioepoca.com\/content\/bucket\/6\/1441446w790h484c.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno Nacional acept\u00f3 la renuncia de Selva Ang\u00e9lica Spessot al cargo de vocal de la C\u00e1mara Federal de Apelaciones de Corrientes.
