Y eso me motiva m\u00e1s. Me da mucha alegr\u00eda. Me genera emoci\u00f3n de desafiarme y superarme m\u00e1s.&nbsp;<strong>Mi categor\u00eda es FITMODEL, dentro del fisiculturismo, es la exhibici\u00f3n muscular que no se suplementa ni se usa la hipertrofia muscular\u201d.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u201cEs un estilo muy definido, muy elegante, una est\u00e9tica un poco Barby por eso podemos jugar con el maquillaje y el pelo a gusto personal\u201d, explic\u00f3 en di\u00e1logo con sus seguidores cont\u00e1ndoles c\u00f3mo es espec\u00edficamente lo que hace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEso si,&nbsp;<strong>al momento que empieza el show en el escenario, hay que saber posar las cuatro posturas reglamentarias para que el jurado eval\u00fae tu forma<\/strong>&nbsp;y tono muscular, se hace comparativas entre una y otra deportista y luego se define el podio\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales,&nbsp;la exmodelo suele compartir algunas recetas que realiza como parte de su r\u00e9gimen alimenticio.&nbsp;Hace unos meses, por ejemplo, public\u00f3 un video en el que mostraba c\u00f3mo preparar un licuado de carne. \u201cUsar una carne vacuna sin grasa, tambi\u00e9n puede ser pechuga de pollo, se puede hervir o al horno. Si lo hac\u00e9s al horno, hay veces que la carne se quema un poco en alg\u00fan costado, la parte m\u00e1s tostada qu\u00edtala, no le da buen sabor, queda a amargo, usa solo las partes bien cocidas\u201d, comenz\u00f3 a explicar Ingrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201c\u00a1Un licuado no necesariamente tiene que ser de frutas o dulce! Ac\u00e1 les dejo una receta de un licuado de carne y miel\u2026 Es un licuado proteico que puede llamar la atenci\u00f3n o no gustar. Pero a muchos les va a interesar.&nbsp;<\/strong>Si hac\u00e9s deporte, si por alg\u00fan motivo no pod\u00e9s masticar o comer carne, si est\u00e1s en una edad avanzada y necesit\u00e1s consumir muchas prote\u00ednas al d\u00eda\u2026 esta receta es ideal.
